I am doing squats while typing this. And I can also fly. Duh it would be a miracle if I cloud do squats and work at the same time. I am doing squats in my mind. I can’t do any type of work out that has to do with my knees. Since I’ve been sitting in a chair, watching Netflix and eating chocolate… I do need to loose some weight.
This week I started all over in the gym. Doing some things even double, as long as the knees don’t have to do anything. If I start now I might have a perfect beach body in 2015. Who knows?
